SACPMS observed World Optometry Day on 22nd March 2025, a day ahead of the global celebration on 23rd March. This year’s theme, “Eye to the Future,” resonated throughout the event.
Principal Dr. Jyothi Thomas inaugurated the program, while Vice Principal Mr. Jazeel N M delivered the felicitation address. The event saw enthusiastic participation from all faculties and students.To recognize academic excellence, momento were presented to distinction holders from the last university examination.The 3rd-year students organized an array of engaging programs, including:

- Drawing Competition
- Quiz Competition
- Dark Room Setting
The celebration commenced at 9:30 am and concluded at 4:00 pm, making it a memorable day for the SACPMS community.
